Product Visionary

ThyssenKrupp Presta AG is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner - Business Analyst to join our offshore delivery team in Pune. As a key member of our cross-functional international team, you will play a crucial role in executing the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with product goals and objectives.

1. Collaborate with the Head of Product to refine and execute the product vision and strategy, identifying market opportunities and potential risks.
2. Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product functionality.
3. Translate product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, fostering a shared understanding among stakeholders and providing guidance on adjustments as needed.
4. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while continuously improving product management processes.
5. Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including roadmaps, release plans, and user guides.
7. Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including development teams, product management, and internal stakeholders.
8. Assist in assessing product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven organization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working with agile teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, data analysis, and process mapping.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

Must be able to travel up to 10% both domestically and internationally as per business demands.
