About the Role:

As a DS Concierge, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, actively listening to their needs to deliver sales and aftersales support while building strong personal and professional relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcase an in-depth understanding of our brand's exclusive market position, products, and services while representing it with pride and excellence.
  • Serve at the main point of contact for our clients, actively listening to their needs to deliver sales and aftersales support while building strong personal and professional relationships.
  • Enhance our customers' journey through seamless interactions across physical and digital touchpoints, facilitating contactless appointments, home deliveries, and exclusive events.
  • Drive brand awareness through social media, marketing initiatives, events, and online presence while keeping our customers informed of brand and product news/developments.
  • Support the DS Brand Manager with supply management, vehicle orders, business forecasting, and stock management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Meet the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations.
