The Role: DS Concierge

As a DS Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their automotive journey with expertise and passion. You will represent the prestigious DS brand, showcasing its unique blend of sophistication and technology to discerning clientele.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth knowledge about the DS brand, its products, and services, ensuring customers are fully informed about available offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by attentively addressing their needs, delivering exceptional sales and aftersales support.
  • Enhance the customer experience through seamless interactions across both physical and digital channels, facilitating contactless appointments, home deliveries, and exclusive events.
  • Contribute to brand visibility through social media engagement, marketing campaigns, events, and online presence. Keep customers informed about new developments and product launches.
  • Assist the DS Brand Manager with supply management, vehicle orders, business forecasting, and stock control to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to FCA regulations by providing impartial financial advice and services to customers.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong drive to exceed sales and aftercare targets.
  • A genuine passion for elevating brand awareness and contributing to dealership growth and success.
  • Familiarity with automotive and retail products and services, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and manage customer interactions effectively. Experience with CRM systems, digital platforms, and video tools is preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development, staying abreast of industry trends to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Dedication to ethical practices, ensuring fair treatment of customers and ongoing learning to work in a regulated environment.
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving licence.
