Job Summary

We are recruiting a Legal Clerk - Sales and Purchase to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment London. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a law firm dealing with Residential Conveyancing Transactions and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include handling Sale & Purchase Transactions, drafting and sending Contract Packs, and ordering Freehold/Leasehold Management Packs.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Sale & Purchase Transactions.
  • Draft and send out Contract Packs.
  • Order Freehold/Leasehold Management Packs.
  • Correspond with Management Companies.
  • Provide updates to estate agents and clients as required.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years' experience in a law firm dealing with Residential Conveyancing Transactions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
