About the Role:

The school requires a skilled Behaviour Support Assistant who can create engaging ways to support students with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management, mentoring, and delivering educational packages. This role involves working in small classes, assisting students to overcome barriers to learning, and de-escalating challenging situations. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a passion for creating positive outcomes for students.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behaviour management support to students, mentoring and engaging with pupils to deliver educational packages, and working collaboratively with the school team to achieve positive outcomes.
