Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are working with a number of Secondary Schools across Greater Manchester who are seeking dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to build up your experience in Secondary schools and work flexibly around your schedule. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students in the classroom, assisting with literacy and numeracy skills, and helping with individual student needs.

Responsibilities
  • Classroom setup and preparation for learning
  • Literacy and numeracy support for students
  • Individual student help and support
  • Assistance with curriculum and record-keeping
  • Behaviour management and positive classroom strategies
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with KS3 and KS4 pupils
  • Confident classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • Resilience, reliability, and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Passion for education and helping students
