About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Future Education. As an Autism Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping students develop independence, gain essential skills, and prepare for a fulfilling adulthood.

Our curriculum focuses on holistic development, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential. We cater to students with profound and multiple learning disabilities, severe learning disabilities, autism, and significant social and emotional difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individual Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and emotionally regulated environment for all pupils.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver a trans-disciplinary approach to education.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
