Child Support Practitioner

We are looking for an experienced Child Support Practitioner to join our team at Resilience Personnel Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support services to children, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Support daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Accurately document and maintain records as per regulatory requirements.
- Ensure service users' safety and well-being through effective risk management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential care or nursing home settings, supporting adults and children.
- Valid Enhanced DBS certificate with clear adult and child workforce checks.
- Completion of relevant training, including Safeguarding Adults & Children, Manual Handling, and Health & Safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting positive outcomes.
