Advanced Social Work Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Children Advanced Practitioner to join the Children with Disabilities Team. This role requires a social worker qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience.
In this position, you will support social workers in building relationships with children and their families to achieve positive outcomes. Your responsibilities will include supervising complex assessments, completing care plans, chairing CIN meetings, planning meetings, Core Groups, and PLO meetings as required by the Team Manager. You will be a reliable and dependable team member, working closely with others to promote the welfare of children with disabilities.
To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and a minimum of three years' experience in statutory childcare social work, including safeguarding, child protection, and care proceedings. A valid UK driving license is essential for this position.
The salary for this role is approximately £40 per hour (umbrella payment). Additional benefits include hybrid working arrangements and parking available nearby.
