Scaffolding Supervisor

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding on-site, ensuring all scaffolding operations comply with safety standards and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the scaffolding team in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems.
* Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to scaffolders based on project requirements.
* Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out following health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
* Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to verify structural integrity and safety.
* Lead tool-box talks, risk assessments, and method statements related to scaffolding activities.
* Liaise with construction teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and schedule scaffolding requirements.
* Ensure scaffolding is available when needed to avoid delays to the project schedule.
* Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure they are safe and compliant with relevant specifications.
* Ensure proper tagging and certification of scaffolding systems.
* Maintain records of scaffolding inspections, certifications, and modifications.
**Requirements:**
* Eligible to gain BPSS Clearance or have the ability to obtain BPSS Security Clearance.
