Hospitality Team Lead

We are seeking a talented Hospitality Team Lead to join our team at Olive Catering Services Limited in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Leicestershire.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the hospitality team, driving excellence in customer service and contributing to business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring the hospitality team
- Developing and implementing customer service strategies
- Monitoring and improving service standards
The estimated salary for this position is £36,500 per annum, plus travel expenses. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a generous benefits package, including 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, increasing up to 33 days (pro-rata for part-time) and up to 4 weeks' sick pay.
