Behaviour Intervention Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or mental health challenges, and be familiar with positive behaviour support strategies. Strong communication skills, a resilient spirit, and a genuine enthusiasm for advocacy and support are also essential.
In this role, you will develop and implement personalized behaviour intervention plans, provide mentorship and training to staff, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. A competitive salary of £95 per day and a benefits package are included in the offer.
