About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Behaviour Mentor or LSA to join an OUTSTANDING SEN school in Birkenhead, Wirral as a Learning Mentor. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement personalised learning plans to address individual students' needs, monitor progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

The successful applicant will have strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring students' individual plans are executed effectively. We also value a genuine passion for making a positive impact on students with SEN.

We offer a comprehensive package including a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a large number of schools to work with and honest and friendly service.
