We're seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our prestigious 5-star hotel in Edinburgh, Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa. This is an exciting opportunity to work with regional and seasonal produce, crafting exceptional dishes for our discerning guests.

About the Role

As an Executive Chef, you'll be responsible for leading our culinary team, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement new menus, working closely with our suppliers to source the freshest ingredients.

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus tronc and free meals whilst on duty. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • 28 days holiday per year, increasing to a maximum of 33 days (pro rata) after further service
  • Worldwide employee hotel room rates and a free overnight stay with spa access on the night of your induction
  • 50% off all F&B outlets within the hotel and 20% F&B discount in other Marriott hotels

Requirements
