Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Education Assistant in our Hearing Impaired Base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing close educational support to pupils, enhancing their learning experience, and improving their life skills and school work.

About the Role:
  • Offering tailored educational support to pupils within the hearing impaired base
  • Working closely with pupils to enhance their learning experience
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve pupils' life skills and school work

Requirements:
  • Minimum A-level or equivalent (Degree highly desirable)
  • Experience working with adults or children with hearing impairments
  • Fluent Welsh Speaker (will consider applications if not fluent in Welsh)
  • Able to commit to a full-time role during term time

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and on-the-job training.
