Job Title: Sales Development Coach
Tringleton is looking for a talented Sales Development Coach to join our team. This is a full-time position based in London.
As a Sales Development Coach, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the skills of the sales team through effective coaching and training programs. Your primary goal will be to improve the performance of individual sales representatives by providing them with the tools, guidance, and strategies needed to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored coaching sessions to enhance the skills and performance of sales team members.
- Identify areas for improvement through observation, performance metrics, and feedback, and create development plans for individual team members.
- Provide hands-on support in refining sales techniques, objection handling, closing strategies, and customer interactions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for further coaching.
- Collaborate with sales managers to align coaching efforts with overall business objectives and team goals.
- Conduct regular workshops and training sessions on sales best practices, new product offerings, and market trends.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or sales leadership role, with a strong background in coaching and team development.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire sales representatives to achieve their best performance.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and performance metrics.
- Ability to provide actionable feedback and implement effective development strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
