Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to align sales goals with company objectives and drive growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate best practices in sales, mentor, and train junior sales team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, gather feedback to enhance service offerings, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Represent the Company: Represent and promote our brand at industry events and conferences, building a strong network within the industry to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills: Strong customer relationship management skills, ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and experience mentoring and leading sales teams.
