About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Income Generation and Communications department as a Databasing Officer. This full-time role will be based at our Hospice site in Cambridge and will involve working closely with our supporters to ensure accurate and up-to-date records within our customer relationship management system (Donorflex).

Key Responsibilities
  • Populate, process, and maintain data within Donorflex to ensure accurate and timely supporter information.
  • Process supporter communications, donations, and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain effective relationships with our supporters through excellent customer service skills and timely responses to enquiries.
  • Support the Supporter Care Manager and finance team with reconciliation of income and data analysis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working with Customer Relationship Management systems, excellent IT skills, and a strong understanding of data management principles. You will also possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
