About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at GKN Aerospace. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the design and manufacture of large complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components, and wing systems for both civil and military aircraft.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing Lean Operating Models. You will be responsible for achieving People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash, and Cost (PSQDCC) targets, as well as creating a Great Place to Work culture within your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in the design and manufacture of complex aerospace components
  • Implement and maintain Lean Operating Models to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and empower team members to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders and managers to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
