About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of Lean Operating Model and Production System principles.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
