About the Role

We're recruiting a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at We Are Adam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing day-to-day support to the sector leadership team on a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives
  • Supporting the implementation of business development plans to drive increased sales of profitable, strategically-aligned work
  • Working with the Key Account team to encourage and support Relationship Partners in their pursuit, development, and maintenance of key clients
  • Managing the profile of the group by ensuring effective use of all communication channels for the sector and firm
  • Overseeing firm-wide business development activities such as legal directory submissions, website material, and case study material
  • Leading the formulation and management of the business development budget and ensuring the firm is getting the best ROI from the budget
  • Working with the wider business development team to align business development activity and support specific opportunities and initiatives of relevance to restructuring

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of undertaking a similar role in a legal or partnership environment
  • A degree education
  • Relevant marketing qualifications
