Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Messaging Engineer to join our team at bet365. This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Unified Communication (UC) technologies and be able to actively manage, support and develop UC solutions across the Business. They will contribute to the engineering and architecture disciplines by utilising their knowledge to plan, build, deploy and support new and existing UC technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and managing our core UC services and providing improvements where necessary.
  • Working closely with IT management and other functional groups to design, develop, deploy and administer our collaboration services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working as a 3rd line Unified Communications Engineer.
  • Experience in designing, configuring and implementing solutions within an organisation.
  • Skilled in delivering, implementing and supporting Microsoft Exchange, both Online and On Premise.
  • Skilled in supporting Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintaining, supporting and managing Cisco Ironports such as ESA.
  • Maintaining, supporting and managing MDM technologies, preferably Workspace One.
  • Ability to understand and deliver tasks and projects to our business standards.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines with a pragmatic approach to administration, governance and risk.
