Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Behavioural Support Specialist at Axe Valley Academy. As part of the Blackdown Education Partnership, we are committed to providing high-quality education and support to students who face challenges in their learning and social skills.

About Us

Axe Valley Academy is one of twelve schools within the partnership, serving approximately 750 students in Years 7-11. Our academy is located in Axminster, East Devon, offering easy access to London and Exeter via rail links.

We strive to create a supportive environment where students can thrive, and our Return to Learning facility plays a crucial role in this endeavour. As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and leading this initiative, developing behavioural interventions, and supporting student engagement and reintegration.
