Learning and Behaviour Facilitator

We are seeking a Learning and Behaviour Facilitator to join our Behavioural Team at West Croft School, a rapidly improving maintained school and nursery in Devon. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on pupil outcomes, working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop effective behaviour support plans.

Your key responsibilities will include assessing pupil needs, developing and implementing behaviour support strategies, and collaborating with colleagues to evaluate progress and make adjustments as needed. You will also contribute to training and mentoring sessions, sharing expertise and best practice within the team.

We are looking for an individual with experience working with children with SEN and behavioural needs, who can demonstrate a patient, empathetic approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.

West Croft School offers a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
