Town and Country Vets, a first opinion small animal veterinary group, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our team. This is a senior position that combines clinical and managerial responsibilities, working closely with the Practice Manager and Head Nurse to support and mentor while undertaking a clinical role with consultations, surgery, and shaping the business.

Rota Patterns

The current Clinical Director rota is 4 full days with a day off during the week and participation in the Saturday rota, which would be 1:4/5 Saturdays with a day in lieu. We have no OOH or Bank holidays, offering a great work-life balance.
