Town and Country Vets are seeking a Clinical Director to join our team in a senior position. This role combines clinical and managerial responsibilities, working closely with the Practice Manager and Head Nurse to support and mentor, while undertaking a clinical role with consultations, surgery, and shaping the business.

The successful candidate will be based between our three branches on a rota, with a 4-day full-time schedule and a day off during the week. They will also be part of the Saturday rota, working one in four or five Saturdays with a day in lieu. We have no out-of-hours or bank holiday work, which is great for a work-life balance.

We are a first-opinion, small animal veterinary group with three great sites in Blackburn, Clayton-le-Moors, and Whalley. We have all the usual equipment, including ultrasound, digital x-ray, and in-house blood machines. Preventative healthcare and case continuity are important to us, and during your time at Town and Country Vets, you will build great working relationships with your clients and patients.
