About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tesco Lerwick store. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges as needed.
- Participate in seasonal and community events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the store.
