About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lerwick. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting our values and policies.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great atmosphere and engaging with customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of our products and services, with a passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
