About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is a key role within Tesco's store operations. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every shopper has a positive experience.


Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Be knowledgeable about store products and services, making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operate within the company's policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain store appearance, and ensure excellent customer service standards.
