AECOM is a world-leading infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle. We're seeking a talented Procurement Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in the EURI region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop strategies for successful programs and projects procurement, support the Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation across the region, drive procurement governance, and enhance AECOM's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance by collaboratively working with the supply chain to reduce Scope 3 emissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present procurement and buy-side contracting processes to stakeholders in an effective manner in the infrastructure industry.
  • Support projects in proposal, planning, execution, and closeout phases of the project life cycle.
  • Lead, develop, and execute procurement and buy-side contracting strategies and plans.
  • Implement Source-to-Pay (S2P) policies, processes, and procedures, improving service levels to Operations and Supply Chain.
  • Have an understanding of Coupa eProcurement modules, DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and actively support users within the region.
  • Liaison between Business Units, Global Business Services (GBS), and Procurement Support Centre (PSC).
  • Escalate best and final contract changes to Legal, budget owner, insurance exception reviews.
  • Centrally archive subcontract, procurement, and insurance documentation.
  • Complete contract closeout and supplier notices.
  • Support ESG supplier engagement to achieve net zero targets.
  • Conduct data analysis for informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Entrants to demonstrate experience in engineering, procurement, construction environments.
  • Understanding of legal terminology related to procurement.
  • Competency to perform procurement and contract management functions.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in coaching peers in existing processes and best practices.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, economics, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience.
  • Certified Member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Chain (CIPS) or other relevant professional certification.
  • Coupa, Oracle, Microsoft 365, Business Optix, Smartsheet, Miro, Per Angusta, Advanced Excel.
