About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Consultancy Administrator to join our team at Barbour EHS. As a Consultancy Administrator, you will provide critical support to our consultancy team in report writing, client contact calls, and document updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to schedule remote or site visits
  • Create environmental and safety legal registers in Word format to assist clients in complying with ISO 14001 and 45001 standard requirements
  • Assist clients in understanding and complying with their legal requirements in relation to environmental and safety law
  • Manage and document outstanding client register content queries in conjunction with consultancy team members
  • Assist with writing reports and documents arising from consultancy interventions with clients
  • Answer client queries regarding environment and health and safety legislation
  • Stay up-to-date with legislation changes and updates legal register documents accordingly
  • Ensure the CMS and client portal are accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain accurate and timely paperwork and weekly reports

  • Exceptional written skills

  • Research abilities – able to interpret client responses to provide relevant answers
  • Confident manner dealing with clients
  • Good verbal communication skills and confidence
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, etc.
