Key Responsibilities- Liaise with clients to schedule remote or site visits
- Create environmental and safety legal registers in Word format to assist clients in complying with ISO 14001 and 45001 standard requirements
- Assist clients in understanding and complying with their legal requirements in relation to environmental and safety law
- Manage and document outstanding client register content queries in conjunction with consultancy team members
- Assist with writing reports and documents arising from consultancy interventions with clients
- Answer client queries regarding environment and health and safety legislation
- Stay up-to-date with legislation changes and update legal register documents accordingly
- Ensure the CMS and client portal are accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain accurate paperwork and weekly reports
- Attention to detail

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in or experience of environment and safety law, and how it affects a business
- Exceptional written skills
- Good analytical skills
- Research abilities – able to interpret client responses to provide relevant answers
