Key Responsibilities- Liaise with clients to book remote or site visits and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date legal registers in Word format to assist clients in complying with ISO 14001 and 45001 standard requirements.
- Assist clients in understanding and complying with their legal requirements in relation to environmental and safety law.
- Manage and document outstanding client register content queries in conjunction with consultancy team members.
- Assist with writing of reports and documents arising from consultancy interventions with clients.
- Answer client queries in regard to environment and health and safety legislation.
- Stay up-to-date with and understand legislation changes to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
- Carry out regular updates on legal register documents and inform clients on changes in EHS legislation.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all paperwork and weekly reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as part of a team.
- Interest in or experience of environment and safety law and its impact on businesses.
- Exceptional written and analytical skills.
- Good research abilities to interpret client responses and provide relevant answers.
- Confident manner when dealing with clients.
- Good verbal communication skills and confidence in speaking with clients.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
