The RoleWe are seeking a full-time Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our team in Beverley. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of contractual disputes, shareholder/director disputes, commercial property litigation, and business protection cases. Key responsibilities will include advising clients on their legal options, drafting persuasive legal arguments, instructing Counsel, and attending Court as necessary.
Requirements- Qualified Solicitor with over 8 years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- A growth mindset.
- Experience in dispute resolution and court proceedings.
