About the Role:

Kings Priory School is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Examination and Assessment Officer. This role will be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of examinations and supporting with internal assessments and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage all aspects of examinations, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with staff and students.
  • Support with internal assessments and admissions, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of examination results and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure smooth examination and assessment processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective systems and procedures for examination and assessment administration.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with staff and students at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of examination and assessment procedures and protocols, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
