Executive Connect LTD is seeking an experienced and skilled OFSTED Registered Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day running of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide quality support and life experiences to service users based on the six basic values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfillment.
- Ensure that support workers, senior support workers, and deputy managers understand and respond appropriately to each individual's needs.
- Ensure that there are always appropriately skilled levels of staffing and that daily, weekly, and monthly auditing evidences quality and compliance with internal and external requirements and regulations.
- Must have 2 years' experience as a children's home manager.
- Must have experience of going through an OFSTED inspection.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Salary: £50,000 per annum.
