**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and external sources.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyse sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimise account management strategies.

**Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or Sales Professional in the Food industry or similar.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary:** £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits package.
