This is an exciting opportunity for growth as we seek an experienced Senior International Sales Manager to join our SLT team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for international selling and a robust network around the globe.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer base P&L and partner business plan execution, reporting performance and ensuring targets are met.
- Identify new sales opportunities based on market insights using the business strategy.
- Review partner channel strategy and target distribution gains for long-term growth.
- Implement customer activation as agreed in business plan with distribution partners.
- Contribute to annual strategy plans making recommendations led by experience.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on KPI's for international territory.
- Interface and liaise with marketing teams to ensure best practice sharing internationally.
- Update operations with plans, new customers, and forecasts by attending cross-functional meetings.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years' sales experience within international sales arena with first-hand food and drink experience desired.
- A proven track record of managing international distributors.
- Experience working with or managing the USA market (direct/indirect) and its unique model is non-negotiable.
- Strong numerical/commercial skills, fast negotiation ability, administration, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Confidence to make recommendations towards strategies, understanding brand importance, and building global presence.
- Entrepreneurial drive and challenging self-effectively to produce exceptional results and support continuous development.
