SEN and SEMH Needs Advocate

We are looking for a highly motivated SEN and SEMH Needs Advocate to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to provide the support and encouragement necessary for students to succeed academically and personally. Your key responsibilities will include developing tailored support strategies, working as part of a multidisciplinary team, and providing a safe, supportive space for students.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs, strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach. A commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment is essential.
This position offers a competitive salary of £84-95 per day, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. Please note that all applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
