Child Welfare Specialist, Senior Role

We are seeking an experienced Child Welfare Specialist to join our team as a Senior Practitioner. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong background in social work and the ability to manage complex cases.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' post-ASYE experience and be registered with Social Work England. They will also possess excellent communication and IT skills, as well as a full UK driving licence and regular access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex caseloads and provide leadership on safeguarding, care planning, and fostering assessments.
- Guide and support less experienced team members, promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Contribute to shaping best practice and developing policies and procedures that prioritize the needs of children and families.
