Job Title: Entry-Level Formulation Scientist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Formulation Scientist to join our team at Unilever, a leading fast-moving consumer goods company. As a Formulation Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and formulating hair products that meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and formulate hair products, including shampoos, conditioners, and leave-on products.
  • Perform quality control checks and product performance measurements.
  • Prepare hair aerosol products by filling and crimping cans.
  • Conduct product qualification and quality studies, including product stability, compatibility, corrosion, and blockage tests.
  • Collate, analyze, and communicate data and insights.
  • Support the delivery of hair innovation projects by testing products, generating, and analyzing data, and reporting back to the team.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in a scientific discipline.
  • Lab experience (quality control/formulation).
