Mental Health Keyworker Lead

This Mental Health Keyworker Lead position is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role within our team. You will be responsible for supporting the development of keyworkers across social care, NHS, voluntary sectors, and experts by experience.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the education, health, and care system, as well as experience working with individuals with autism and/or learning disability. They will be able to provide guidance and support to keyworkers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
You will work collaboratively with partner agencies to identify individuals who would benefit from being on the Dynamic Support Register, and drive the implementation of national and local approaches in the working model.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
