Strategic Account Manager, Veterinary Business Development

About the Role
The European Veterinary Corporates Customer Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and development for Colgate-Palmolive Company's veterinary business in Europe. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key European veterinary corporate customers, developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans
- Establish and elevate partnerships with key European veterinary corporate customers
- Develop and negotiate terms and conditions during tenders
- Lead the development of annual joint business plans in alignment with customer strategy and company priorities
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key European veterinary corporate customers
- Understand customer strategies, organizations, and future plans
- Drive Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- BS/BA degree or equivalent required
- 7+ years experience in customer development, sales, or marketing
- Skills and Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced schedule
