Job Purpose
As a Customer Development Manager within our Online Acceleration Center (OAC), you will play a pivotal role in developing business relationships with key European Veterinary Corporate Groups such as Anicura and IVC Evidensia. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Building Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with these organizations, understanding their strategies, structures, and future plans.
- Negotiating Commercial Agreements: Lead the development and negotiation of terms and conditions during tenders, providing support to local Vet Corporate Key Account Managers for country-specific agreements.
- Driving Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with internal teams to implement growth strategies that align with the needs and objectives of these key veterinary corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business within designated European Veterinary Corporate accounts.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Present compelling proposals and negotiate favorable terms that benefit both parties.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and success.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in business development within the veterinary industry. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of the European market landscape.
