Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of HR processes, including tracking sickness and maternity leave, and responding to HR inquiries from managers and employees.
- Accurately record minutes during meetings to ensure reliable documentation.
- Validate and maintain accurate data for new hires, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
- Administer the sickness/absence policy effectively.
