Operations Support Specialist

CDS Group Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have excellent people skills, and be outcome driven.
As a Project Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the project team to increase productivity, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain project control. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collating and managing site files
- Creating and processing purchase orders
- Arranging and overseeing the return of site files
- Scanning and uploading documentation onto the system
- Creating and distributing ID cards
- Handling outgoing and incoming post
- Ordering and tracking uniform and tools
- Assisting with RAMS requests
- Sending weekly site details to the team
- Supporting on additional tasks when required
The successful candidate will have a high standard of communication, be organised, computer literate, and able to monitor daily diaries and identify/report risks. They will also be expected to deliver all outcomes in line with CDS vision, mission, and values: Time, Cost, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental.
The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in project management.
