Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our team on a guaranteed hours contract. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing companionship and practical support to our clients in their own homes.
  • You will work closely with our team to understand the unique needs and preferences of each client, and develop personalized care plans to meet their requirements.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • You must be kind, caring, and compassionate, with excellent communication skills.
  • You should have experience working in care or a related field, although training is provided.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
