Job Summary
The British Veterinary Association is seeking a skilled Animal Care Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional client service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our veterinary surgeons in their daily work.

About the Role
This is a 20-hour per week position with variable shifts, including some early morning starts and late finishes. The successful candidate will have previous reception experience and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and cycle to work scheme.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and book in clients, take payments, answer phones, handle queries, and perform administrative tasks. Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure seamless operations. Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
