Supervisor Opportunity at The Langham, London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Langham Club team at The Langham, London. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service and quality in our buffet food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Langham Club team to deliver exceptional service
  • Liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
  • Monitor and manage performance of waiting team to ensure efficient and personalized service
  • Carry out administrative duties, including duty rotas, holiday requests, and managing sickness/absence
  • Ensure all guests' needs are met promptly and complaints are handled efficiently
  • Update and assist in developing training manuals and SOPs for the Langham Club Lounge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Previous experience of supervising and leading people/teams
  • Strong interest and passion for food and beverage
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Immaculate personal presentation
