We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Front of House team at Franco's London, a family-owned Italian restaurant located on Jermyn Street.

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be involved in sales and customer service, as well as training and development of team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of servers to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage sales and customer service to meet targets
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Supervisor in a similar establishment
  • Excellent training, coaching, and delegation skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
  • Motivation, commitment, and a 'can-do' attitude
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, plus yearly bonus, as well as opportunities for training and development. You will also have access to a cycle to work scheme and employee of the quarter and year rewards.

We are a family-owned restaurant with a strong focus on traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine. We are located on Jermyn Street, between Green Park and Piccadilly, and have a sister venue, Wiltons, also on Jermyn Street.
